what does GT, GLE and GL car types stand for ?

some cars are branded as above. what type of classification is that? what do they stand for?

GT is often refered to as Gran Turismo , depends somewhat on the cars maker .
GL & GLE are tough ones , Ford used them a lot in the 1970's .
GLE is 1 luxury level above the GL
A stab in the dark is that L stands for LUXURY
and E stands for EXTRA(s)
G could be GRAN or GRAND
But that is pure guesswork only !

i believe gt stand for grand touring.gtp stand fro grand touring package. dont know the others but they are high performance
