Is there anyone still around that customizes 70's cadillacs like Les Dunham? Who customized the Superfly cadillac.

depends on what you mean by "customize". If you mean throwing performance parts at it, that's where jegs and all the rest come in. Interiors are as close as your local interior shop, and most good suspension shops can install hydraulic systems. Custom paint is as close as your nearest maaco, but be warned, you get what you pay for.
