Is there a security code you have to enter to get it to work?? It happened to my daughter - she left her lights on and ran the battery down. When we got her car started, the radio asked for the security code. Since she didn't know it, she just kept pushing buttons until it locked her out. We had to leave the radio on for one hour and then put in the correct security code. Check your owner's manual for instructions.
