hi Grant!

I would get the aston martin DB9 (its not my dream car, the aston martin one-77 is, but i wouldn't want one because i'd probably never drive it because its much too beautiful and powerful).

i love the DB9, its the uttmost beautiful car i have ever seen (after the one-77 of course).

as jeramy clarkson said "you could walk around the DB9, squint, go cross-eyed, do whatever you want, but you wont find a single angle from which it looks even slightly wrong"

1969 Mach 1 Mustang. The car just oozes muscle all over. Blacked out bonnet with scoop, front air dam, rear deck spoiler, lock down pins, scoops in the rear quarters...... Pure muscle car. As it would just so happen, i already own one with a worked 351 windsor. My licence plate reads GDDYUP, and it certainly does just that when i hit the loud pedal! Love it. I wouldn't trade it for anything else that these other guys and girls have mentioned.

I'd want a 1956 Jaguar D-Type with the high tail fin.

Not only does it still look like it came from the future, but it was probably one of the last cars you could literally drive to the racetrack and win with.

There's always been something a bit special about the noise that comes from a Jaguar; especially the D-Type (and later the E-Type). It's sort of a an unrestrained mumble, that left unchecked would do 180mph.

My dream car is a Lamborghini Murcielago 670-4 SV. Fastest Lambo ever made(i think). Only 350 are gunna be made its gunna be a very rare car and i like that about it. 6.5L V12 puttin out 670hp and 487 lb-ft of torque. 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. I love it.

Another reason i love all Lambos. even the SUV they made back in the day. A Lamborghini was the first Supercar i saw as a little kid. i think it was a diablo. it was so Beautiful and ever since then i have dream of owning a Lamborghini.

G'day Mate, it would have to be powered by the same system as the Honda FCX Clarity. A cross between Subaru Forester, Toyota LC70 Workmate Ute (Steve Irwin type) and Honda FCX Clarity hydrogen cell powered electric car. Or maybe just the Holden SS V-series Commodore with the Honda Hydrogen cell technology and Subaru's 4x4 system. What A Beaut What A Ripper. Crikey but also True Blue mate.

It would have to be that creamy white Toyota colour in honour of Stevo and with a suitable Rego to match.

CROCK 2 or how about CR 1 KEY ?

I like to be different and energy conscious so ideally it would be something I put together out of cannibalised Donor vehicles, a real hybrid if you will!

Can you Imagineer that?

I love the rarest cars, the cars you wouldnt normally see. the USA got the new Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione's about 10 months ago. Love the body style and the overall performance of the vehicle. My next favorite car is the 2010 Bugatti Veyron L'Edition Centenaire. its a mix of the old 1920's bugatti and the new veyrons. each individual car dedicated to a Bugatti race driver of the early 1920s. Those are my 2 favorite super cars on the market. also, love the new mercedes benz SLS and the new ferrari 458 italia. lamborghini is nice too, especially the new lp-550 Balboni edition.

I love what I am driving, a mini van. There is nothing better in the world, short of the addition of helicopter blades added to the top to get me out of stopped traffic.

the 1993 Toyota Hilux dualcab 2.8 litre turbo diesel.

this vehicle is almost indestructible, comfy, takes a 6'4" driver like me no problems, is a true off road vehicle, economical, great on the open road, can pull huge weights, simple to fix and enjoys resale value that would make Rolls Royce weep in envy.

If you truly want to go "anywhere" this is the buggy for you. Fit a steel bullbar and a 4000lb electric which, snorkel exhaust twin tanks and twin batteries.

But beware, you will give it a womans name and find yourself patting the dashboard as you clear the last sandune

i would not mind a car that runs on water.

hydrogen offcourse, but as of what is available maybe a 2cv

and as for the others they are now all museum pieces actually

for during the week a daf 33 as i will be able to reverse faster than anything else, whatever it is that you throw at me.

and great economy from the bmw 600cc boxer twin aircooled engine.

then there is the italian flying car from the 1930,s

a great idea!

land, then take of the wings and go to town in a car.

go back attach the wings and fly home.

your obviously wondering if i like something with a little more bit more ooemph,

well for special occasions i would have to go with a fire engine red convertable sleevevalve voisin from the1930,s

but there is nothing like a vincent rapide, the only motorcycle i would give anything for to own one.

I do love my poor man's limousine, a stretch ford XF, originally built to carry people in wheel chairs. which it still does on occasions, it is a much smoother ride for those with special needs, not having to sit over the rear wheels like a lot of the newer wheel chair accessible vehicles are designed. It would be a dreamier car if I could spend some money on it.

Maybe cut the roof off, what do you reckon.

There is only two in my dream. 1 Mclaren F1 with that marvelous and out of this world engine BMW 6.1 litre V12.( the way it delivers its performance is intoxically addictive and the sound through each gear is like taking you to heaven and constantly telling you that you have one of the most formidable engine in history. The beautifully and exotic body and of course that unique central driving position, where you can have your ladys both on your right and left side. LOL. 2 BMW M3 E30 probably one of the most fantastically balance and ultimate driving machine, where a combination of chassis and engine has been perfected. Of course that box design with the flare arches still turns head! Whoa i better stop!! lol.

The Gibbs Aquada. It is a sportscar that can drive into the water and go so fast it can pull a water skiier. Now THAT is cool. It costs about USD 235,000 so it's only a dream for me. But it would be rad to take a friend for a drive, drive into the water, and go have lunch at a bayfront restaurant.

I would love a sporty Mercedes Benz CLS55 in a really nice sleek silver or silver grey. We have always had sensible cars that protect the family and get us efficiently to and from all the places we've been and going to. I'm not a big car person. But there is one car I would LOVE to own.

2009 Shelby GT500kr. Limited production of just 1,000. I'd have mine in silver with blue GT stipes.

It has 550hp - but this car is about looks (for those who don't know the car, it is very similar to the evil police car in Transformers 1)

[edit] Motor racing

He drove a Ford Falcon in the Fujitsu V8 Supercar series for Ford Rising Stars with Michael Caruso and Daniel Elliot. He debuted with Dick Johnson Racing in 2005. In the same year he was awarded the Mike Kable Rookie of the Year prize finishing his debut season in the top 10 (10th). In 2006, Grant raced in the Sandown 500 and the prestigious Bathurst 1000 with DJR and with DJR's main driver's Will Davison's brother Alex Davison. Denyer and Alex came 9th overall at Bathurst.

Grant also has had success in tarmac rallying, most recently, a podium finish in this year's Suncoast Rally in which he drove the Les Walkden-prepared Subaru Impreza WRX STi. He finished 37.8 seconds behind the Skelta G-Force of Ray Vandersee, and 3.6 seconds clear third place-getter, Matt Close, in his Porsche Turbo. Going into the final stage he trailed Close by 4.7 seconds, but produced a nerveless drive under extreme pressure to move ahead of the Porsche and take second place.

"To be second outright and first production car home is a huge highlight," Denyer said. "To do that in my first full rally is a dream come true."

"It came down to that last stage and Dale (co-driver Dale Moscatt) and I decided that we wanted second really badly. So we pulled everything out, threw caution to the wind and we finished up winning the stage. That was a great way to finish."

"We were up against some really elite machines across the weekend so to be on the podium, to finish second in a production car, was great."

In October, 2005 he finished sixth place in the Mini Challenge World Title Championship, held at Italy's Santa Monica race track.

In 2002 Denyer competed in the Bathurst 24-hour Endurance Event, he drove a Nissan 200SX. In 2003 he competed in the same event, this time driving a Porsche 996 GT3 finishing second in his class, sixth overall.

Denyer won his first ever V8 Supercar race in the Development Series at Sandown on June 7, 2008 in the second race of the weekend. In 2009 he is currently fourth in the Development Series.

[edit] Television career

In 1997, Grant Denyer began his career in the media, he gained a position at Prime Television in Wagga Wagga as a news reporter and journalist. He moved to Sydney to work as V8 Supercar pit reporter for Network Ten, when he caught the eye of Television Producer Adam Boland.

Boland saw the potential in Grant and offered him full time position as the weather presenter on the new look Sunrise program from 2004 until the end of 2006. Denyer won the fourth series of Dancing with the Stars, and also hosted the celebrity duet singing competition It Takes Two from 2006 to 2008. Denyer has also presented All Time Greatest Aussie Bloopers, Guinness World Records with co-host Shelley Craft, and Australia's Got Talent.

In 2007, his race and television career have seen him both racing and being a part of the team featuring Neil Crompton, Matthew White, Mark Beretta and Daniel Gibson to report on the V8 Supercar Series.

Since 1996, Grant has been the official face of The Spastic Centre's Technology Department. When not travelling around Australia, he actively works to raise awareness for children and adults with cerebral palsy and the importance technology plays in their lives.

Grant has been a passionate spokesperson on drought and its devastating effects on Australian Families. In March 2003, Grant revealed his own private battle to save his family's 100 year old farm. Since then, he has continued his quest to lobby and encourage more assistance and backing for drought-stricken families and communities.

Those were the days.

I could pee without having to put aside15 minutes to accomplish the act, I actually had hair to blow in the wind, and no limp (anything).

Also I didn't harbour this mad fetish to own, drive and actually be able to afford to fuel a metallic gold H2 Hummer.
